Restaurant Villas Telamar, large, clean, just about always open.

Restaurant Uruguay, on the road outside of Telamar, air-conditioned, bar, prices are reasonable, portions large
and service was excellent. Recommended.

Restaurant Marabu, located halfway between the bridge in the town center and Villas Telamar. Excellent
seafood, lobster salad, shrimps on rice. Open for lunch and dinners.

Playa Drive-In Caracol, located 15 minutes outside Tela on the road to La Ceiba. Turn left at the sign to Triunfo
de la Cruz and go on the dirt road toward the beach about a half mile. Garifuna fish dinners and well worth it.

Merendero Don Moncho, located in Barrio Los Profesores, advertises international foods, breakfasts, lunch and dinner. Credit cards accepted.

Another restaurant, mentioned by travelers - Los Pinchos. Let me hear from you if you go there.
